In addition to these two important appeal cases, the firm acts for a large number of individuals facing extradition proceedings in the lower courts. We are ever-present at the City of Westminster Magistrates’ Court (where all extradition cases start) and have a considerable appellate caseload at the High Court. We receive instructions on both a private and legally-aided basis and fee-earners are available to advise at the police station those arrested under extradition warrants. « back to all cases
