David Sonn acted for a defendant who was acquitted of causing death by dangerous driving. In April 2009 his client was involved in a fatal collision between his vehicle and a motor cycle ridden by an off-duty police officer.

Following a four day trial the jury unanimously acquitted our client of this serious charge. He had previously admitted the less serious offence of causing death by careless driving.
