Sonn Macmillan Walker acted for two clients in an 11 week trial at Inner London Crown Court where five defendants were accused of a conspiracy to commit a series of armed robberies of betting shops across South London. One of our clients was found unfit to plead at an early stage and the jury were unable to reach a verdict against the second. The Crown, following our representations, decided it was not in the public interest to retry our client and a not guilty verdict followed.

Amy Cox was the litigator with David Kitson Paul Lazarus and Tim Walker acting as advocates.
