Successful challenge to CPS decision not to prosecute hate crime


Sonn Macmillan Walker acted pro bono for the Campaign against Anti-Semitism in its successful judicial review of the failure by the Crown Prosecution Service to prosecute Jeremy Bedford-Turner, the maker of an anti-semitic hate speech in 2015. 

David Sonn worked with Brian Kennelly QC and Jamie Susskind of counsel.  All lawyers acted pro bono.
