Having completed my Law Degree at Kings College London, I initially qualified as a criminal barrister and was called to the Bar in 2009. The same year I joined the team at Sonn Macmillan Walker and I subsequently transferred to practice as a solicitor.
Youth Court specialist
I attend police stations all over London and the South East to represent clients arrested for all types of offences. I have particular experience in representing clients arrested for the most serious and complex offences such as murder, terrorism offences and sexual offences. I represent clients in all types of hearings at the Magistrates’ Court and I am a trial advocate. I have a particular interest in representing young people appearing at the Youth Court, which requires specialist knowledge and experience. I have higher rights of audience which allows me to represent clients in all Criminal Proceedings in the higher Courts.
Fearless and conscientious
You will find me at the police station or in court on a daily basis, fighting to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients, whilst ensuring that they are given the best possible support at a time which is often daunting.
