Successful Defence of Aesthetic Practitioner Accused of Sexual Assault

SMW represented a distinguished doctor practicing in the field of aesthetics, who was accused of a sexual assault on a female he had met at an industry event. The assault, which was alleged to have taken place at our client’s home, was denied.

Careful analysis of the used and unused material revealed much that undermined the complainant’s account of what had happened in the lead up to and after the alleged assault. Our client was acquitted by the jury following his trial at Isleworth Crown Court.
