The High Court quashed the order for our client’s extradition to Poland due to his mental health and suicide risk, finding that extradition would be oppressive and breach Article 8 ECHR.

R v E 2025 – Following a hung jury, our client was found not guilty of rape after a re-trial.

R v F 2025 – Following representations in the Crown Court, the prosecution accepted a caution for assaulting and emergency worker rather than pursuing the case to trial.
