Our youth client was convicted of Theft, Robbery, and Burglary, after pleading guilty at the Youth Court.

Our client was sentenced at Southwark Crown Court in relation to one count s.18 GBH, three counts of Possession of a Bladed Article, and one count of violent disorder.

Our client appeared before the Youth Court in relation to 6 allegations of theft and attempted theft. He also appeared before the Crown Court in relation to a robbery.

In proceedings before Harrow Crown Court, Sonn Macmillan Walker represented a man who was accused of assaulting a fellow football fan outside of Wembley Stadium on the 7th August 2021 when Leicester City FC played Man City FC in the FA Community Shield.

In proceedings before Harrow Crown Court, Sonn Macmillan Walker secured a not guilty verdict for a teenager suspected of flashing three separate women on four consecutive nights, each time in the same location.

Our client was one of 12 charged with a class A drugs conspiracy. After a three-week trial, she was found not guilty at Exeter Crown Court.

Our client was charged with conspiracy to defraud more than £2 million relating to the acquisition of around 100 motor vehicles.

Our client was chased by police on scooter and was alleged to have driven dangerously and without insurance. When the scooter crashed, he was detained and a search was conducted.

Our client faced a single charge of Making a Threat to Kill contrary to section 16 of the Offences Against the Person Act 1861. The charge related to a domestic dispute with his wife, who he was in the process of divorcing.

The charge related to an altercation at his workplace. He was accused of wounding a security guard by striking him in the head with a handheld transceiver, causing a significant injury to the security guard’s ear.

HMRC brought a case against our client before Kingston Crown Court. The trial lasted 10 days, during which weaknesses in HMRC’s financial investigation came to light through cross-examination.

We represented a client accused of 3 counts of sexual assault against his ex-partner in a case before Liverpool Crown Court.
