R v X (2022) – Our youth client who faced charges of murder and manslaughter was acquitted of murder and following a hung jury, the prosecution offered no evidence on the manslaughter charge.

Our client was aged 17 when he was charged with the murder his grandmother, with whom he was living at the time of her death in January 2021.

We acted for the defendant who was accused of rape and a series of fraud offences.
