Community Order for Possession of a Bladed Article
Our client was charged with possession of a bladed article in February 2023 following being found with a knife in a nightclub.
On the sentencing guidelines the starting point was 6 months custody. Our client pleaded guilty at the first appearance and following a stand down PSR report and excellent mitigation he received a community order.
