Not guilty of drug supply

By  |  03.05.2019

Our client was in a car in which drugs and cash were found. His co-defendant blamed him for everything.

Police found cash at his home and bank statements that suggested considerable unexplained money transactions were being conducted on behalf of our client.

Our client’s case was that he knew nothing about the drugs or the cash in the car. He was able to provide an explanation for the cash found at his home. The bank statements related to an account that did not belong to him.

At Snaresbrook Crown Court he was acquitted of possession of criminal property, possession with intent to supply Class A drugs and being concerned in the supply of class A drugs.

Rachel Hobba was his solicitor and David Kitson was his advocate.
